lol. That's hilarious-
I had a conversation with a friend recently and we were discussing this post, whereupon we decided that she was a chic black pump. We then proceeded to name our friends and family as misc footwear. It was quite humorous, i can assure you.

Regarding the red heels, it took me 2 years to find the pair I own now. But I knew what I wanted and wasn't going to settle for less. I even took a pair back because they were too orange. ;)

Man, I loved this story when I read it a while back. It's really rockin'.
But ever since then, I've been wanting so red heels. :P

True dat! lol. I hate how so many pretty things or even words or sybols have been reclaimed and renamed to take on new, twisted meanings. It is a sad call to action for Christians to re-take.....EVERYTHING!lol

I absolutely loved this story! I like red dressy shoes. Very good teaching tool this story was because of what the moral of the story was. It's not about who we are, it's about Who is LIVING within us, that enables us to "walk out" life the way that we should.
Praise the Lord for such a wonderful story! (i love a good story.=)

It is a good story indeed, and the undercurrent is even better. We should be wanting attention drawn to Him, not ourselves!

Thanks for the reminder.
