None of us like blemishes. They are a bain to beautiful skin and a curse to many a night-out.

Being prone to such mishaps (darn those hormones) I sought counsel from a wise woman whose daughter has modeled for me on several occasions.

Her advice:

Step 1: Apply fresh lemon slice to misbehaving pore. Lemon is a drying agent and natural disinfectant. It will draw out the impurities and cleanse the pore. Good bye bacteria.

Step 2: Apply fresh potato poultice. I shredded a bit of fresh potato using a good ol’ cheese grater, and applied directly to affected area. Potato reduces inflammation. Girls- the potato saved my sanity.

Way to rock that awkward length skirt. The problem with mid calf length is it typically makes your legs look short and can easily go from modest and cute to the “dumpy and frumpy”

Key to pulling off this look:

1. High heels to lengthen the legs

2. Belted waist to define the hourglass shape

3. Body skimming top. Alway keep the balance of slim and full- contrast, contrast, contrast.

Messy and unkempt. Perfect for wedding planning mania. Did I mention I was getting married in 2.5 months? Yea, along with my fabulous job (which I LOVE) I’m also planning a big shindig. Which means…I’m crazy busy.
