I’m SO inspired by Christa-Taylor and what I’ve gathered of the story and the mission behind your business. I grew up valuing femininity and modesty, so I love what you’re hoping to accomplish with Christa-Taylor. I’ve learned so much about style and the femininity that is born when modesty and style meet in a garment and an outfit. Being artistic but shy, I’ve also been encouraged to be artistic in the way I wear my clothes AND challenged to a little bit daring sometimes in accessories and colours. Hi Christa, I’m a 20 year old girl who just discovered your beautiful clothing line and your lovely blog, and I want to encourage you and thank you so much for it! I have recently discovered the treasure of Biblical femininity : ) It’s been such an adventure as I study and delight in what my heart has been desiring since childhood, by didn’t know as okay because of the culture. And I’m so excited that there are girls like you proclaiming it. I just finished reading a book called ‘Doing things right in matters of the heart” and in it, the author uses the term ‘winsomely radical’ referring to living counter-culturely for the display of His splendor, and that reminds me of what I’ve just seen on your sites.

I just recently found your website and instantly became a fan of you and your
sister! Talk about positive role models in today’s society. The two of you are
tops. Humanly speaking, you two are my heros. I am almost 37, but I am so
amazed at your insight and knowledge and how you have helped me in just the last
two weeks. I am a step-mother (have had full custody for two years now of my
nine year old son) and in January 2008 gave birth to my beautiful little girl.
I have always wanted to be not just a mother, but a Godly mother (had panic
attacks when i was pregnant because reality kicked in, not only was I reponsible
for mental, physical and spiritual well-being, but also my children’s Eternal
Future). I had been medically told that I could not have children, yet again
God proved who is in control… I stumbled onto to your
website (I feel it was a Divinely Stumble) and have been truly blessed by you
and your family. Your parents did a TREMENDOUS job in the role that God
bestowed to them. You are a great inspiration to not only the young in today’s
society, but also to us older ones. Thank you for inspiring me to “get back to
the basics and simplify” for a better family and better world.

Good Afternoon Lindsay,

i just received my copy of “The Mission of Motherhood” and I also ordered “The
Excellent Wife”. “The True Woman” and “Becoming a Titus Woman” and “Spiritual
Mothering” should be coming soon. As I was excitedly looking through the book,
I said a “Thank you” to you in my head for turning me on to these books. I then
thought, with yours and your sister’s knowledge, insight and spiritual guidance,
the two of you should write a book. The books I ordered appear to be written by
older women like myself, but the two of you have SO much to offer, that the
younger generation would be more receptive to you two. I have loved God and
Christ all my life and felt that I was a devout and good Christian, but you have
lit a flame in me that inspired me to become a better wife, mother, and child of
God. I thank you and my family will thank you when they reap the benefits. I
was producing quality fruit, but now it will be like buying organic food…the
other food will “get you by”, but the more natural like God intended will fully
nourish you and produce the “highest quality”.

I wanted to say thank you for choosing models for your clothing, who are not skinny twigs…your models actually have a shape. Thank you! It is so much easier to see how a dress or skirt will fit, when it is worn by a real lady. Thank you… I can happily refer ladies (and girls!) to your site…

Lovely work on the new line of dresses….and I noticed on your blog that lots of people were complaining about the price increase, but honestly…your price are VERY reasonable….I think it is amazing you can get the prices as low as you do, especially with the high quality fabrics and fit you use.

Again, very nice work on your company.
